Description

The 17th Contracting Squadron/PKB intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract for a requirement that is a follow-on requirement for temporary modular dorms. These dorms house approximately 384 technical training (pipeline) students while a new 400-person dorm will start its construction in 2026 under the approved MILCON project. The award will renew the lease with the incumbent contractor, maintaining usage of the modular dormitories. The lease duration will consist of one base year and one additional option year. The lease agreement is projected to begin in June 2026 and will continue until June 2028 or construction completion of the new 400-person dorm, whichever comes first. This new lease is a follow-on requirement to a previous lease contracts that have been in place for the last 5 years, at the 300-person and 84-person modular dormitories on Goodfellow Air Force Base.
